If it sounds odd to distinguish between men’s and women’s e cigs, here is the thing: many customers do. A lot of them do not. Even when your only options were regular-size, king-size, and slim analogs, there was a distinction there between what men and women might want to smoke.

Most people do not care about size but focus on flavor and the cost of cigarettes. With electronic cigarettes, it is possible to go further with the concept of products for men and women.

Swarovski batteriesSlim, Pretty E Cigs

Women who love pretty things and like pink probably know about Vapor Couture from V2 Cigs. These are slimmer e cigs compared with the regular V2 product or just about any other brand of electronic cigarette.

Triple Seven now gives consumers another option: their slim crystal battery. This is an expensive battery (about $50), even more expensive than a battery for the pricey Vapor Couture line, but that’s because of the Swarovski crystals all around the outside. This women’s kit comes in multiple shiny colors and fits with special cartridges.

777 E Cig Starter Kits

When we talk about starter kits in this industry, we really mean “bundles” or “sets” because one does not need to be a brand new vaper to enjoy the savings-potential. Seasoned vapers can save a few dollars by ordering sets that include their batteries, tanks, even e liquid and chargers. At 777, they have bundles for several levels of vapers.

The Introductory Set

Become a vaper for the first time with the Mini kit for $19.95.

777 mini kit

This follows the 1-2-1 format, so it is nothing special. What you discover is how easy it is to screw cartridges and batteries together, take them apart, and recharge the cell. You also learn that it’s better to have a second battery for the time when a battery needs to charge.

These kinds also come in bigger sizes with another (useless) 1-battery kit (which 777 should scrap since a single battery does not help anyone much) and larger kits ranging from $39.99 to $89.95. They also offer a power-cig for $39.95 with 3 blank clearomizers and a bottle of e liquid. I would recommend holding off on that one until you have learned how to charge batteries and feel good about refilling a tank.

Bullet Kits

These are a little more powerful but not by much: 320 mAh as opposed to the standard e cig size of around 200 mAh (as I look for info regarding 777 mini cig battery ratings, it appears this is harder to find than I would like).

These kits come with 1.3-ml tanks and charging kits or you can get one with e liquid and even purchase replacement tanks with LED lights in them which are very pretty.

777 Disposables

In some people’s eyes, these are the real “starter kits” except they come as one whole piece, cartridge and battery combined, and you can’t recharge them after the charge runs out. Each one costs $7.95 with flavors like Apple Martini, Citrus Cooler, Berrylicious, and Grape Zinger. Nicotine ratios are 12 mg or 18 mg (for tobacco) with some lack of clarity around the menthol flavor: does it come in both strengths too? Disposables are made with a soft tip so they feel nice.

The disposable e cigar costs $12.95 and supplies an authentic cigar-style look to your vaping experience as well as, one hopes, a cigar-like flavor.

The Magnum and the Mod

This is a bigger battery style, like the eGo or EVOD, measuring 650 mAh and sold with a 1.5-ml tank.

You can replace the coils on this tank and keep reusing it until the tank cracks or clouds. Most plastic tanks like this one last for up to 20 refills, but it’s not recommended to go beyond that as plastic doesn’t completely clean up after use. Starter kits are priced from $39.95 to $99.95.

The M1 Mod is a tube-shaped device. You stick the battery in separately (not included in the price, $99.95) of an M1 Mod.

Last Kit

There are others — possibly a never-ending list of combinations and prices — but let’s stop with the T-4 Starter Kit. It’s much like a mini cig but with a tank instead of cartridges.

T-4 Starter Kit

The price range, again, is $39.95 to $99.95. I always recommend that with these slim batteries you don’t waste your time buying a kit containing fewer than 2 batteries.

One with 2, 3, or 4 is far better and more cost effective in the long run. With the T-4, you also have the advantage of a refillable format so that vaping is cheaper in the long run. Cartridges are way more expensive than e liquid by the bottle.
