Become part of the Vaping Revolution with VapeRev from California. Their first shop opened in Cerritos, CA, before adding what they call their “flagship” store in Los Angeles.

Running two shops is a sign of success, so vapers can congratulate VapeRev for making their name stick in the minds of consumers. VapeRev is open every day of the week at both stores. Online shopping is 24/7.

Start of Something Big

The revolution began when VapeRev decided to turn their love of the industry into a business and to share what they know with the public. They strive to customize each sale to a customer’s needs and “what works for you” as they say.

That is important to them as clients who feel respected come back. Shop for everything in one place whether in person or online and enjoy a customer-oriented experience. Their stores display “elegance and sophistication” vapers have come to appreciate.

Online at VapeRev

You will be greeted by a potential deal; the opportunity to save a percentage on your next order over a certain level. I don’t know if this is the daily deal for new customers or for everyone; or if they change this deal periodically.

Another way to save money is to hit their “Sale” section. This turned up a variety of drip tips and other accessories such as chargers and cases. Other headings take you to Caravela products, E-Liquids, Hemp Reserve, Atomizers, Devices, Apparel, Accessories, Batteries, and Chargers. I will get into what “Hemp Reserve” and “Caravela” are in a minute.

View e juices according to the brand name or a PG/VG ratio you favor. View atomizer brands or accessories for atomizers like wick and wire. Devices are organized as “starter kits” and into brand names too.

I have enjoyed some websites much more where products were also categorized by price and devices were broken down by output (30W to 80W, up to 200W), whether or not they are regulated, and other criteria. VapeRev still runs a tidy website, though.

Devices at VapeRev

VapeRev carries the big names and a few up-and-coming brands. They list Amigo, Wismec, and Innokin; Kanger, Eleaf, and Pioneer4You. A list of brands is accompanied by a number of products per brand.

The Nugget 50W, Amigo Sub Kit, Presa TC100W, and iPV D3 80W by Eleaf are some examples of the shiny new mods on show, all of them priced competitively and showcased professionally with well-lit photography.

Read a thorough list of technical details, customer reviews, and also determine if the item is in stock when you click on a product before looking further into the purchase procedure.

VapeRev Atomizers

Select products by Origen, Kanger, and Kayfun; Amigo, JoyeTech, and Tobeco. This section displays a Wismec Indestructible RDA, The Kennedy 24 RDA, and an Origen Tiny Tank. Vapers will discover some spare parts such as a deck for the Kennedy 22, a Kayfun Lite Bell Cap, and bridgeless atomizers. Other accessories like drips tips, coil, and coil building equipment are featured under “accessories.”

Hemp Reserve

Popular e juice companies provide inexpensive liquids made from acceptable but not “top-quality” ingredients no matter what they say. The best quality would be organic, all-natural, non-GMO lab-grade stuff.

Hemp Reserve comes from Loire, France, where they have mastered a natural way to process e liquids. Their “Premium Wellness Products” contain non-GMO hemp as opposed to chemicals.

Their entire manufacturing process is FDA-approved and non-toxic. Flavors all mimic that of a Macaron (special French cookie) in the following varieties:

• pear
• coconut
• passion fruit
• vanilla
• strawberry

Caravela Mods

As promised, here is an overview of Caravela products carried at VapeRev online. These are limited edition mechanical mods, often sold out because they are made in small numbers, each one serialized. All of the mods shown are out of stock, so perhaps Caravela is preparing to release a new batch of each one. Other Caravela items on the page are drip tips plus a single carry case.

E Liquids

Vape Rev carries a classy assortment of brands and flavors from people like the Breakfast Club, Boilermaker, and Moo. Their menu features Mr. Good Vape, Nice, and P.O.E.T. e juices. I could really do with a more precise breakdown based on flavor.

The list assumes that I’m going to shop by brand because I’ll know these names and generally know what I want, but the list is pretty long. It’s pretentious to imagine everyone is as aux fait as the store owner. I don’t think that’s their intention, however, but a simple oversight in webpage design and organization.

Summary of VapeRev

I was fairly impressed with selection at this California vape shop. Most of the names are big players but they don’t shy away from limited edition items or clone-makers like Tobeco. E liquid selection is good.

The website is user-friendly and could handle a little more information such as new ways to organize a search (by ratings and popularity, for example). Overall, though, the online shopping experience was stress-free.
