GS atomizers from Eleaf are available in several sizes and styles, but the GS-Tank is a new beast by the makers of the Lemo Drop, Melo, iJust, and iStick. While smaller GS atomizers are designed for low-power e cigs, the GS-Tank was made for mid-range VW units. Here is what the Eleaf GS-Tank has to offer.
Temperature Control Tank
Eleaf advertises this right off the bat as a temperature control (TC) atomizer meaning it can be applied to a system like the JoyeTech VTR or Eleaf’s own iStick 40W TC. It works with vaporizers capable of up to 40W using a Nickel 200 (Ni200) coil which is included and brings resistance down to 0.15 ohms.
Details of the GS-Tank
This is a glass and steel item offering a transparent view of e juice all the way around. Contrast this with tanks like the JoyeTech Delta II which boasts windows through a steel sleeve rather than a completely transparent view of e liquid.
Airflow control is provided at the base of Eleaf’s newest tank. Turn this around to adjust how much air is drawn into the tank. The reason you do this is because more air makes for a lighter draw and vice versa. More air also cools vapor before you inhale. Some people like a tighter draw and warmer vapor, so they make the holes small or cover them completely.
A mouthpiece is included with the tank: it is insulated to protect your mouth and reduce heat loss in the vapor. Coils contain pure cotton wick and blue O-rings add a cheerful touch as you build or clean the GS-Tank prior to use with an item like the iStick 40W.

Eleaf’s other GS tanks are their Air, GS 14, and GS 16. The slender GS Air works with 8 to 20W mods like the iStick Mini or 20W. Inside, dual 3-ohm coils provide a total of 1.5 ohms resistance.
