Joye has developed a new tank cup to prevent leaks but does not prevent vapers from changing the coils and adding more e juice easily to this updated tank. Joyetech does not stop at “functional”; they also make their Cubis Pro Tank fabulous as always. What else would you expect from this stylish but reliable maker of vaping equipment?

A New Day for Vape Design

The top tank is completely removable and airflow control is situated in this part. You can clean and check your accessory easily with this new design. Funny how much of the metal is top-mounted in newer tanks like this one whereas airflow used to be adjusted from via a bottom ring more often than not or there were two locations, one top and one bottom.

Airflow and filling happen at the top here below a tall mouthpiece. That leaves a slim metal band along the bottom above the larger hunk of metal that is a vape mod, but with the Cubis Pro you will not mind the metal in one of the several lovely colors offered. These are red, orange, blue, black, white, and silver. Joye reduced the size of this tank compared with their first Cubis too.

That top-valve for airflow allows you to choose mouth-to-lung or direct-lung vaping. It also helps vapers to control how hot or warm their vapor will be when they inhale.

Pro Sub-Ohm Tank

The Joyetech Cubis Pro really suits the professional vaper. Vapers are able to add more e liquid than before in spite of the smaller footprint. Joyetech provides customers with LVC or Liquid Valve Control heads as well as a Quick Change System.

If you choose a Clapton LVC, this allows you to let in as much or as little e liquid to the coil at a time as you wish. There are also temperature-sensitive options from the original Cubis which are compatible here.

Joye recommends this tank for their eVic VT line and they even provide colors to match that sporty mod line. Those TC coils enlarge the amount of wattage options open to the vaper and his applications: VW and TC settings on a number of recently released vape mods.

Some More Information

A width of 22 mm makes this a perfect tank for narrow mods or tubular vaping devices. The 510 threading encourages vapers to try out the Cubis Pro on a lot of devices, Joye or otherwise. A nice little mod by Sigelei or Tesla might be good alternatives.

With the top-fill design, refilling is quick, causes no mess, and makes a vaper look like a Pro. The drip tip is insulated, which is important with all of that hot vapor coming out. The tank is made from glass but supported by stainless steel. These are the best materials from which to construct a tank of this kind.

Stainless steel prevents corrosion which could be a problem after washing tanks made from regular metal alloys. A glass tube inside this cover will not make e juice taste funny or hang onto the flavors of previous e juices, like you find with plastic bottles when you try to drink plain water after filling up with juice.
