Evolv recently released the DNA 200. Of course that means companies using Evolv technology are now offering upgraded products, Hana Modz being one of them. Their latest vaporizer is similar in appearance and just as well built as previous releases only with the exceptional American-made Evolv DNA 200 chip.
Protective Hana Modz V200
Safety is at the root of everything Evolv does. Their new chip exemplifies this fact by offering a temperature control feature to prevent overheating which can cause a battery to vent. That’s the biggest fear a vaper has. The highest this mod will get is 600F and if the mod wants to nudge past 600F, watts will be automatically lowered to compensate.
Average temperature is 450F, but the Hana Modz V200 can go as low as 200F and will also preheat your mod to get ready for your tasty e juice. Your battery will not overcharge if left overnight either and switches are waterproof.
Amazing Battery
Instead of installing three batteries, the makers of Hana Modz installed one that is equal to three: the 950 mAh 11.1v 3s. This is equal to a 2850 mAh 3.7v 1s battery. The triple cell is built in, so plug the cord provided into a USB outlet and charge using its small USB port.
While charging takes place you can still vape. A Hana Modz features the port beneath all other controls, not at the very bottom of your mod, so it can sit upright while charging. You do not have to take off the tank or empty it ahead of time.
Take Control of Your Vaping Experience
Previous editions of the Hana Modz have shown a screen on the front. Instead of this large square item, there is now a narrow OLED between control buttons and the USB port. Use controls to set temperature or wattage, but be aware that temperature control (TC) mode is only available if you install a temperature-sensitive coil. With that installed, the lowest resistance possible is 0.1 ohms. Choose up to 200 watts adjusted in increments of just 0.1W at a time.
Quality Workmanship as Always
Hana Modz VW TC vaporizers are made in the United States as always. Select from three colors: red, green, or navy blue. Each box is fashioned from 6061 billet aluminum: aircraft-grade metal.
No Attachment Issues
Pick almost any atomizer you want, thanks to a spring-loaded 510 connector. This convenient style allows most atomizers to sit flat against your vaporizer. Any TC version (like the latest Smok’s TFV4) or dripping atomizer is a good bet, although with a brightly colored box you might be thinking about compatible style, not just resistance.
Buy a Better Box Mod
Where will vapers find a box mod backed by a 4-month manufacturer’s warranty? They can rest assured with Hana Modz. Pick up one of these beautiful devices from an online vendor or your favorite purveyor of advanced vaping equipment for about $200 with battery and charging cable included.
Also in the Running
No sooner did Evolv release their DNA 200 chip than there was a rush of manufacturers looking to buy loads of them and make high-end vaporizers with the best name in PCBs. Volcano E Cigs, Lost Vape, HCigar, and Cloudmaker have all designed their own versions of the DNA 200.
Intrinsically, they are all the same: TC-capable, highly protective, with an OLED screen, and 1A battery balance. Batteries are charged individually to ensure they are all topped up equally and drain at a steady rate as well.
The main difference between these products is their looks. Hana Modz is not the most colorful of the bunch either: Lost Vape carries numerous colors and some special editions too.
