Every now and then a tank looks a little different from the rest, and the Vaporesso Gemini RTA is one such tank. Hardware is still made from stainless steel and the glass is still reinforced. Somehow, though, Vaporesso gives this tank a lighter look than some other RTAs. This could be an effect created by its slender width and tall height plus parts which become gradually narrower at the top.

Gemini RTA

Airflow is a distinctive feature which sets tanks for APVs and advanced mods ahead of basic eGo-compatible clearomizers. Airflow is supplied via four holes plus a top-mounted airflow control option. You can really customize vapor, right down to the last detail. An airflow control portion in this piece is slightly narrower than the tank itself and the mouthpiece is narrower still, creating a stepwise movement. That’s not all the top cap has in store.

Filling the RTA

Vaporesso goes with the flow in one sense: they designed their tank to be filled from the top. This gives the vaper a lot more time to do what he really wants: puff on exquisite-tasting e juice vapor. When all a person has to do is unscrew the top cap, this eliminates much of the potential mess and the time-consuming element of refilling a sub ohm tank.

Juice Flow

Consumers get to control airflow at the top and bottom, but there is more in store with the Gemini. Control the flow of e juice to your wicking material. This prevents flooding and changes the performance of a mod: how much vapor it produces, for example.

Detail

Consumers in need of a narrow atomizer tank have come to the right place. Vaporesso opts for the tall, narrow model instead of a short, squat one. Their RTA measures 22 mm across and holds up to 3 ml. Buy the tank or the RTA with a 16-mm build deck in the Velocity style and 2-mm post holes. Either item is topped with a black Delrin tip, wide bore to let out lots of vapor and dissipate heat.

The Tank uses a CCell made from stainless steel which allows vapers to set up temperature control vaping, perhaps using the Vaporesso Target as their power source. Apply either the tank or RTA to a temperature control mod as easily as you would to a variable watt device. With the RTA, your options are open, however; the CCell copes with up to 75W but a rebuild deck gives you the scope to create atomizer resistance of your choosing.

In the Package

Buy the Gemini RTA and receive one piece of replacement glass plus a 510 drip tip and adapter, O-rings, and two coils. The kit contains spare screws and an Allen Key too. It would seem vapers lose or break certain parts (screws and glass) while others wear out (coils and O-rings).

CCell Coils

These are new to the vaping industry according to Vaporesso. E liquid is soaked up by a ceramic cylinder and a coil is fitted inside that cylinder. As a result, the coil and e juice come into full contact so you don’t experience dry hits.

The system doesn’t spit back and it lasts longer than conventional coils. Any large particles of debris are filtered out to promote the longevity of your system and your personal health.
