When I read about the e cig market and see certain brand names at the top, it seems Volcano E-Cigs is left behind.

Did they peak early and dissolve like magma under the pressure of their own short-lived success?

I have a feeling that, if this is so, the company is about to renew its image and come back to life Phoenix-style with their stunning array of high-end gear for advanced vapers.

Exquisite Creations

The creators of Volcano gear have done something none of the other early e cig companies (V2 Cigs, Halo, or Green Smoke) have managed. Their newest products are designed and made in Hawaii: American products to their very core. Furthermore, Volcano didn’t skimp on materials. They use 6061 Billet Aluminum, rare earth magnets, 303 Stainless Steel, copper, brass, and other fine materials at every turn.

Volcano’s e liquid is USA-made even though the Lava Line features the names of 4 volcanoes around the world. The usual line comes in so many flavors you’re better off choosing a sub-category than just browsing their menu. It’s too easy to lose track of time. Both types of e juice contain excellent ingredients.

Backtrack

They don’t forget their original customers at Volcano; men and women who turned to their Magma mini cig when they first ditched cigarettes. Cartomizers in numerous flavors are still available at a great low price of $9.99 for 5. Buy several packs simultaneously and save a little bit of money.

Flavors at Volcano E-Cigs

Before getting distracted by their hardware, explore the e juice at Volcano. Their regular line includes flavors like RY-Four, Striped Gum, Sharks Clove, and Vanilla Bean. Those Lava Line volcanoes I mentioned are:

• Vesuvius from Italy, featuring white chocolate, hazelnut, and dried cherry
• sweet hibiscus and cherry blossom from Japan’s Mount Fuji
• Vape Iceland tasting of brambleberry skyr, vanilla, and mint
• Diamond Head from Hawaii: sugared orange, passion fruit, and guava

Hardware from the Forge

The newest LavaTube (V.3) is streets ahead of V.2. It doesn’t look like the same thing at all.

Watch a video presentation of the product to get a full sense of what it’s capable of and how the LavaTube V.3 operates, but I’ll supply a summary here.

Firstly, it’s a DNA 40 device. This means the whole system is operated by a high-tech microchip which provides protection from a shorted circuit, overheating, low voltage, low resistance, and other dangers. The system operates at up to 40 watts or 9 volts and is compatible with sub-ohm tanks to produce reams of vapor.

The LavaTube V.3 is available in grey, silver, or black but removable rubber grips come in several more shades. Select white, yellow, purple, pink, and other hues. The cost per grip is so low you could own several to go with your $150 mod. A micro port is built in to recharge your 18650 battery. Volcano used 6061 Billet Aluminum to form a sturdy, sleek exterior.

Volcano’s Tephra mechanical mod features a core of 303 stainless steel and a 6061 Billet Aluminum removable sleeve.

The activation button contains a rare earth magnet and you can choose from two sizes: 18650 or 26650. The Cauldron RBA comes in two sizes to match these mods. This atomizer offers adjustable airflow, a copper center post, and is a removable aluminum sleeve.

Volcano’s other mechanical mod is an exquisite, limited edition Pele.

While the Tephra is a dark mod, the Pele is light with brass featured around the middle. The recessed locking button is stylishly and patriotically engraved with the Hawaiian flat. This was the first stainless steel mod to be designed and produced in Hawaii.

Volcano E-Cigs Presentation

How will you enjoy your virtual trip into a Volcano? Not surprisingly it’s a little dark at times but most of the time images and writing are backlit for easy, comfortable reading. Presentation is stylish and shiny: everything looks like a work of art, including bottles of e juice.

At the top of their home page you see very little text: this site is dominated by visuals. Each of three headings (Shop, Company, Support) leads to a drop-list featuring sub-headings. Across the very top there is a 1-800 phone number and options for customers in Japan or England to switch from Volcano’s default American site. At the bottom of the web page are more links to information about e cig batteries, points, savings, and access to instructional videos.

The layout is modern and minimal which lets products speak for themselves. When you want information, however, it’s all there on this user-friendly site. Learn more about the company including their history and their goals for the future by taking a look at their social networks and blog posts. Take advantage of deals in the here-and-now by finding out what’s on sale.

Other Brands

Volcano E-Cigs now carries products by Pioneer4You, Kanger, Aspire, Eleaf, and others. Their decision to list their mods and tanks might seem a little confusing. Pricing isn’t the cheapest out there, but then again you’re dealing with a very well established brand, one of the pioneers of the e-cig industry.

Then again, customers will often visit for e juice, not hardware, so why not give consumers a wide selection of gear that lets them put their juice to good use?
