Smoktech’s Koopor Plus mod features temperature control mode and 200 watts of power. Pair it with the SMOK TFV4 to create a high-power pairing in a cloud-chasing world. You will discover new layers you did not know existed in your gourmet e juice and potentially discover that some flavors you didn’t like are much better when more power is applied.

SMOK Koopor Plus 200W TC Mod

Select a low wattage setting for moderate vaping on a mellow day when e juice does not respond as well to high output or sub ohm resistance. That could be a 50/50 or high-PG e liquid with a low-resistance Kanthal coil of 1.2 or 2 ohms. These ratings also use power more slowly so your device isn’t draining batteries or using up e juice too fast. Sub ohm coils and high-watt or high-temperature settings use e juice rapidly and drain batteries quickly. That’s even truer in VW mode.

Then again, apply a higher wattage setting but reduce ohms to experience bigger vapor and enjoy the qualities of vapor that are richest when they warm up a little. Turn the device to temperature control function and install a temperature sensitive coil for high-VG e juices.

They are at their best with super-lower resistance and TC coils are energy efficient. They burn down slowly, so you don’t have to replace them as often as Kanthal. Wattage can drop slowly as a temperature is achieved because TC coils hold their heat beautifully. Drain your cell at a more reasonable rate without losing anything from your vapor production or e juice flavor as a consequence.

More Features Built In

SMOK’s Koopor Plus 200W TC contains the Dual Driver System which provides what SMOK calls “buck and boost voltage.” Vapers will enjoy greater accuracy and more consistent power as a consequence of this high-tech system.

Install 18650 batteries, two of them, and use high-amp ratings to their highest capacity. Furthermore, SMOK’s chip provides High Frequency Dynamic Monitoring Resistance Technology which reads the atomizer’s resistance constantly to ensure temperature control is paired effectively with resistance.

Another advantage of the chipset inside your Koopor Plus is that it defends the unit against resistance that is too low, against overheating, and a short circuit plus other common problems. The chipset is your mod’s intelligence center.

Removable Feature

Two batteries are required to run the Koopor Plus and they are not included with your purchase. Pick up a pair of high-quality examples from Sony, Samsung, or LG. They are stowed behind a magnetic door so the cells are easily accessible when you want to recharge them. Consider keeping two sets on hand: one in the mod, the other charged and ready. Ventilation holes let some of the heat away from your cells as an added safety element.

Koopor Details

Just to recap, the Koopor Plus manages a range of 6W to 200W but also a possible 200F to 600F. Voltage is incredibly accurate at 0.35V to 8V. Install Nickel 200 coils, Titanium, or a stainless steel element when you operate the device in TC mode and you can adjust resistance from 0.08 to 3 ohms, dropping into the 100th place, thanks to those special coils. Variable Wattage mode is no slouch either with a potential range of 0.1 to 3 ohms.

Read the menu on a small but bright screen built into this box mod from SMOK. This will show the changes you are making as you select a mode and use the adjustment buttons. In VW mode you see volts but in TC function you see watts and temperature.

Resistance is listed plus your batteries’ power level and your puff count. The Koopor, made from zinc alloy and stainless steel, is slightly large for a vape mod at 100 x 59 x 24.5 mm. It’s still small and portable, not to mention lovely. SMOK offers their device in red, black, or white with circuitry engraving decorating one face, appropriately enough given the technology inside this box.
